We currently service suburban postcodes across Auckland and Waikato. Our focus on suburban areas is what keeps our delivery costs — and your prices — as low as possible. The more customers we have in an area, the more efficient our runs become.

All of our food is made fresh to order — we don’t hold stock. This is how we keep your food as fresh as possible and our prices as low as possible.

Here’s how it works:

Delivery days are based on your address. All days shown are for the week following your order.

Our own team loads up and drives door to door — think of it like a courier run, but it’s us. Your order arrives chilled and ready to portion, though most of our customers simply pop it straight in the freezer.

• Deliver to home, not work — we can’t guarantee a time window as our route changes weekly based on order locations. Home delivery means you’re much less likely to miss us.
• You’ll get a notification when your order has been dropped off. If it’s been left somewhere out of the ordinary the notification will say exactly where.
• Check your spam if you haven’t received a delivery notification and aren’t sure whether your order has arrived.
• We can’t enter properties where a dog is on guard — we love that your pup is doing their job, but our team’s safety comes first.
• We can’t access freezers or internal buildings — much like a courier, we drop at the door.

We recommend getting your order into the fridge or freezer as soon as it arrives to keep it in top condition.
