DELIVERY

We currently service the Auckland, Bay of Plenty & Waikato areas with a core focus on suburban post codes. We’re able to do this through customer density which is why (unfortunately) we’re not quite in a position just yet to offer rural or outer suburban service. If you’re unsure on whether we currently to deliver to you, on the checkout page our website will tell you if your postcode is included.

Due to the nature of supply and demand and to keep our operational costs low, we don’t actually stock food, it is made to order from our supplier, meaning when you order your purchase will be delivered to you the following week on the below days based off your address.

Currently we can’t guarantee the time of day for delivery as our route organically changes on a weekly basis and we use a tool which optimizes our delivery order in order to reduce our costs and carbon foot print. We would reccomend that you have your order delivered to your home, not your workplace to ensure you receive it as we would hate to miss you.

All Orders must be in before Sunday nights 11:59pm, any orders made after will be delivered on the following week.

  • Tauranga – Fridays
  • Papamoa – Fridays
  • Te Puke – Fridays
  • Rotorua – Fridays
  • Ngongotaha – Fridays

How We Deliver

We have our own team that loads your order along with other customers into their vehicle and drives door to door througout the day dropping your order at your delivery address (much like a courier driver). Food shows up in a chilled state ready to be portioned by yourself although most of our customers seem to simply chuck their delivery straight in the feezer. We reccomend you place your delivery in a freezer or refrigerator as soon as you receive your order.

Our Delivery App will notify you when your order has been delivered and if it has had to be left at the gate or somewhere uncommon it will include a message on where this has been placed. If you are unsure as to whether your order has been delivered please check your email and / or your spam folder.

Please remember that we do not enter properties where your pet is doing their job proudly by protecting your home, also, (much like a courier driver) we can’t place orders directly in freezers or access buildings due to liability.
