We currently service suburban postcodes across Auckland and Waikato. Our focus on suburban areas is what keeps our delivery costs, and your prices, as low as possible. The more customers we have in an area, the more efficient our runs become.

How our delivery system works
All of our food is made fresh to order. We don’t hold stock. This is how we keep your food as fresh as possible and our prices as low as possible.

Your food is made fresh the following week.
We deliver it
Delivered to your door on your area’s delivery day.
Order by Saturday at 11:59pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following week.

Delivery days are based on your address. All days shown are for the week following your order.
What to expect on delivery day
Our own team loads up and drives door to door. Think of it like a courier run, but it’s us. Your order arrives chilled, and most of our customers simply pop it straight in the freezer.
- Deliver to home, not work. We can’t guarantee a time window as our route changes weekly based on order locations. Home delivery means you’re much less likely to miss us.
- You’ll get a notification when your order has been dropped off. If it’s been left somewhere out of the ordinary the notification will say exactly where.
- Check your spam if you haven’t received a delivery notification and aren’t sure whether your order has arrived.
- We can’t enter properties where a dog is on guard. We love that your pup is doing their job, but our team’s safety comes first.
- We can’t access freezers or internal buildings. Much like a courier, we drop at the door.
