Feed Raw is based in the Waikato. Once a week we load our own van and deliver bulk raw dog food to homes in Hamilton, Cambridge and towns around the Waikato.

Most products come in 10kg packs that go straight into the freezer.

Hamilton
Rototuna, Flagstaff, Horsham Downs, Pukete, Te Rapa, Beerescourt, Forest Lake, Nawton, Dinsdale, Frankton, Hamilton Central, Melville, Glenview, Fitzroy, Hamilton East, Fairfield, Enderley, Chartwell, Queenwood and St Andrews.
Around the city: Temple View, Whatawhata, Puketaha, Matangi, Tamahere and Ōhaupō.
Cambridge and nearby towns
Cambridge, Leamington and Morrinsville.
Further out (Friday): Matamata and Putāruru.
North Waikato
Ngāruawāhia, Taupiri, Huntly, Te Kauwhata, Meremere and Mercer.
These towns go out with the South Auckland run rather than the Hamilton one.

How a Waikato order works
You order online by 11:59pm on Saturday. Checkout shows the date your order will arrive, so you know the day before you pay.
We don’t keep stock on the shelf. Each order is made fresh in the week after the cut-off.
On the day, we leave the order at your door and send a notification saying where we put it. It arrives chilled, so get it into the freezer or fridge soon after.
A few things that help
- Use your home address. You’re less likely to miss us than at work.
- The route changes each week with the orders, so we can’t give a time window.
- If a dog is on guard, we can’t come onto the property.
- We drop at the door, like a courier. We can’t go inside or use your freezer.
Waikato delivery questions
Do you deliver to Te Awamutu or Raglan?
Not at the moment. If you live between towns, put your address into the checker at the top of the page to see whether we come to you.
How much is delivery?
Checkout shows the fee for your address before you pay. Matamata and Putāruru cost a bit more because they’re further out.
Which day do Huntly and Ngāruawāhia get?
Thursday. North Waikato towns go out on the South Auckland run, so their day can differ from Hamilton’s.
What happens if I order after the cut-off?
It goes on the following week’s run, and checkout shows that date.
How much should I order?
The feed calculator works out a daily amount from your dog’s weight, life stage and activity level, and how much to order for the number of weeks you choose.
You don’t deliver to me. What can I do?
A friend or family member in one of our delivery areas can take an order for you. Or get in touch and tell us where you are.
