Storage and handling
Your rolls arrive frozen and should be kept frozen until needed. First, move a roll to the fridge the night before to thaw it gently. Next, keep any thawed product refrigerated and use it within two to three days. As with all raw food, wash bowls and surfaces after each meal for safe, hygienic feeding.
