Our cut-off time for orders is 11:59 pm on Sunday. You must make your order by this time to receive it the following week.

While we deliver raw pet food in New Zealand, we unfortunately can’t make it everywhere. The easiest way to check whether we deliver to your address is to go through the checkout process and see available delivery options.

Delivery takes approximately one week. We don’t actually hold any physical stock of raw pet food near you, which is how we keep costs low. Our food is made to order, so you know you’re getting a fresh, quality product, which takes time to make.

Yes! Although you’ll want to ensure you’re feeding your cat something they want to eat too! (those fussy buggers) — Take a look at our Fussy Mix or Veal Mince, which is well-suited for our feline friends.

When you order our raw pet food in NZ, it’ll come delivered inside a liner, which sits within a 30 cm x 20 cm x 15 cm carton. We cut the food into blocks to make defrosting more manageable.

As one of New Zealand’s leading raw pet food companies, here are three of our top tips for more efficient raw feeding:

1. Store the pet food in an airtight container in the fridge, which will stay good for approximately three days.
2. Only defrost the amount of food you need for these three days.
3. Make sure to wash your container or rotate with a clean one between new and defrosted amounts.

Unfortunately, we’re a volume-based business. We only really make money when we can spend as little time as possible going from door to door with our deliveries. If we don’t deliver raw pet food near you, hopefully, you have a friend or family member in our raw dog food delivery zone who can help you get your delivery of raw pet food New Zealand’s dogs love! I’m sure a cuppa and a catch-up are good for everybody.

We prefer to avoid this if we can. Even if you’re late to get your raw pet food by just 20 minutes, it can throw off our entire day with traffic and rush hour. We also risk letting our other customers down by not arriving within the timeframe our logistics app tells them we will. Alternatively, us running late can mess up your day too!
